Had a great experience. Carol helped me at the bar. She was absolutely fantastic and made my 3.5 hour layover so much better. Thank you Carol!!! While this lounge is fantastic, the other United lounge is terrible. Not only is it dirty and not well kept but the bartenders are disrespectful. I have spent a lot of time in the lounges. The older Chinese man that works at the other lounge makes a game of trying to trick people into getting paid drinks without telling them. He is incredibly rude which is only topped by how slow he is which is only topped by how much he makes sure that everyone knows how much he doesn't care. So, make the walk to the E gates. The F gate United lounge is TERRIBLE due to the employees. The E gate lounge is fantastic due to the employees. People make the difference. Thank you Carol for making me love the united lounge again at SFO.

This is a smaller but more up to date UA Club at SFO. Much brighter than the Flagship UA Club at the F Rotunda which was the best in its time. Great staff and nice bar.

This review is the for lounge near E4. I read some reviews of the lounge and got a sense that this lounge wasn't too impressive but my fiance and I were fairly impressed. The food was decent and tasty. We liked the ham and cheese sandwiches. They had a build your own taco bar area which we ended up using the filling as like a chip dip. There was a bar that had complimentary alcoholic drinks like beer, wine and some hard liquor. I'm more of a cocktail person so I didn't drink anything since you'd have to pay extra. I did use their espresso machine and made a latte. It was fairly spacious inside with seating and single couch-like sofas with outlets. We had 2 one time passes complimentary for the both of us, but I wouldn't spend $59/person for a pass. I would expect a bit more if I had paid $59/person to visit.

This United Club is relatively new near the E gates of terminal 3. It is cleaner with newer facilities, better food and drink choices, and much better management than the past. I still remember the days not too long ago at the other United Club near the F gates when the staff yelled at everybody, "everything here is broken!" This is what an airport club should be, and it is on par with the clubs of other international airlines. I saw Artemis on display at the bar at a reasonable price.
